The Pennsylvania Land Title Institute (PLTI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the professional education needs of title insurance agents and attorneys in Pennsylvania. The educational arm of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA), PLTI is a certified provider of continuing education (CE) through the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.  PLTI is also a provider of continuing legal education (CLE) through the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Continuing Legal Education Board.  PLTI is governed by a Board of Trustees who diligently pursue the mission of providing top-quality continuing education to land title professionals.
