The Pennsylvania Land Title Institute is a non-profit organization that provides professional education to title insurance agents and attorneys in Pennsylvania. As the education arm of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA), PLTI is a certified provider of continuing education (CE) through the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and New Jersey's Department of Banking and Insurance. 

PLTI is also a provider of continuing legal education (CLE) through the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Continuing Legal Education Board.  PLTI is governed by a Board of Trustees who diligently pursue the mission of providing top-quality continuing education to land title professionals.

PLTI is proud to offer live, accredited seminars on topics of current interest and importance in the title industry. In addition, PLTI offers home study curricula and online courses.  Our faculty are recognized industry experts who are personable and responsive to student needs.
