Course Description: The Residential Real Estate Rule requires all non-financed sales of residential real estate to an entity to be reported to FinCEN.  The Rule is effective March 1, 2026.  This session will discuss when the Rule applies, the information that must be reported, and how the information is submitted to FinCEN.
