Course Description:  The search and examination of title is the backbone of our business. A title commitment is prepared on the basis of the search + exam and from the commitment, an insurance policy is produced. Sellers, Buyers and Lenders rely on our title product to make critical decisions.  This 2 CE/CLE credit course will take an in-depth and detailed look at the important search and examination process.
