Please refer to group “Pennsylvania Land Title Association " when making your reservation. The discounted rate is for a guest room with a base rate of $249.00 per room/per night plus tax and fees.  This room block is available until Thursday, August 20, 2026.   After that date, room prices may increase and/or rooms may not be available.     ICONA Avalon is pleased to offer the discounted group rate to attendees up to three days after the conference concludes.
