Course Description: Ethical practices are essential in real estate transactions and in insuring title on property.  Specific rules will be addressed pertaining to competency, professional conduct and working within the bounds of agent and/or attorney licensing.  Examples will be provided to show how to apply professionally designated ethical standards to the seven pillars of ALTA Best Practices.  Noting industry challenges in title and wire fraud and demonstrating how ethical practices can mitigate title risk will offer improvement to title agents and real estate attorneys in the transactions they are managing today.

In order to be eligible for continuing education credit, you must:
1) Each attendee must be registered for the webinar
2) Each attendee must be logged in under their own name and email
3) Attendees must be logged in for the entire webinar, and
4) Attendees must participate in the webinar by answering all polling questions which will show up on screen throughout the presentation.
