Course Description: More than ever, it is essential that a title professional be equipped to handle the risks of relying on a Power of Attorney. As real estate transactions trend toward a more digital experience, with innovations such as website hosted property tours, mortgage apps, docu-sign© and remote notarization, we can expect to be pushed to further accommodate customers including increased usage of a Power of Attorney. This course will cover legal requirements and answer many of the questions that arise with a POA.
