Course Description:  Attorneys licensed in Pennsylvania are bound by the Rules of Professional Conduct, including the requirement to maintain an IOLTA account for depositing Qualified Funds such as real estate settlement funds. This session will cover the duties outlined within Pa. R.P.C. 1.15, including the new rule regarding how attorneys should handle unclaimed and unidentifiable funds in their IOLTA accounts.
