Member News blurbs are available for our monthly eNewsletter PLTA Common Ground eNews. Full payment for all news submissions are due at signing of agreement. Member News runs for one month following the date this agreement is signed. News blurbs will not be published unless all fees are paid. All News blurbs and agreements shall be submitted to PLTA by email to smarsh@plta.org.
