In this course for title industry practitioners, we will review the findings from a recent survey of 1,500 consumer home buyers and sellers that demonstrate continued risks in real estate due to inadequate education and industry best practices. The findings will also show areas of unequal vulnerability by experience and age in one area and then also compared to the rest of the country. From those insights, attendees will take away recommendations on consumer education, employee training, and tools to deliver consistently secure experiences.
