Course Description: The Title Affidavit is relied upon in every insurance transaction to clear matters which cannot be cleared solely by a search of the public record. The Affidavit is also used to add additional representations needed to clear specific issues. Attendees will benefit from a review and explanation of the reason for each standard representation. Use of the affidavit for other purposes also covered.
