ALL THINGS PHILLY 2.0, expanded this year to both morning and afternoon sessions. Title industry professionals will lead panel discussions, throughout the day, joined by title search experts and representatives of City agencies, including from the Records Department, Code Enforcement, Law Department, Philadelphia Gas Works, and Special Service Districts.
