Dear Members;

As we begin to map out the course of this coming year, we assure you that our passion for this industry is the fuel that drives us to promote, educate and defend the land title industry in Pennsylvania.  We understand the challenges both the Agent and Underwriter face in this difficult economic climate.  We want to assure you that the one constant that remains is the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.  We will face the challenges this year may bring as a united force, and continue to promote our industry based on our Code of Ethics and Conduct, beginning with the belief that land is the foundation upon which the very existence of our nation is secured, and out of which the wealth of our nation and its industries and people ultimately flows.
