ACCREDITED FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE)
Each section of the Home Study Course has been accredited for 15 hours of Continuing Education (CE) for Pennsylvania licensed land title insurance agents. This course is an excellent way for agents to conveniently and economically work toward the 24 CE hours required during each 24-month licensing period.
To acquire CE credits, each student will take an additional monitored, closed-book exam. After the completion of each section you will need to contact PLTI (610-265-5980) to make arrangements to schedule the test. Because accreditation incurs additional administrative costs, the Home Study Course taken for CE credits costs $380 per section for PLTA members and $435 per section for non-members. If you register at the non-credit rate and later decide to seek CE credits, you are able to gain the appropriate credits by paying the difference between the non-credit and the credit rate for the course. Please note, however, that this request must be received by the PLTI office within six months of the successful completion of the course.
