Live in King of Prussia and Simulcast to Pittsburgh
Presented by: Lisa McEntee, ALTP, Senior Underwriting Counsel

There has been confusion and concern over sharing the Closing Disclosure, provided to consumers with third parties to the transaction, including the seller and real estate brokers. On July 7, 2017, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) released the final rule amending the “Know Before You Owe” (KBYO or TRID) mortgage disclosure rule. The final rule clarifies the ability to share the Closing Disclosure (CD) with third parties. Attend this seminar and learn the sharing do’s and don’ts.
